2) 4.   If a friend or work colleagues behaviour change, eg lack of interest or low energy, then they may be suffereing for depression... Take them for a coffee and see how they are doing!

3) 2. 150 minutes of moderate to vigourous exercise that raises the heart rate every week.  Include in 1 to 2 sessions of strength work a week to add some spice to your week.  

4) 4. We have all heard this before, so find easy interventions like replacing sweets/chocolate with nuts/seeds or non dairy chocolate delightes (great easy recipes on allrecipes.com)
